Ingredients:

For the Dough:

  • 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet (2 ¼ tsp) instant yeast
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • ¾ cup warm water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt

  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese (optional for extra flavor)
  • ½ cup sliced bell peppers (red, green, yellow)

Instructions:

Step 1: Prepare the Dough

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
  2. Add olive oil, salt, and flour gradually while mixing.
  3. Knead the dough for about 5–7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rise for about an hour or until doubled in size.
